American Income Life works with labor unions, credit unions, and associations. Their members return a card or form asking about the benefits available to them. As a Benefits Representative, you run virtual appointments with those members, explain the no-cost benefit they’re entitled to, and present supplemental coverage where it fits.
How you’re paid. This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent-contractor position. There is no base salary, no hourly wage, and no guaranteed minimum income. Commissions are uncapped and include renewals on policies that remain in force. Individual results vary and depend on effort, skill, licensing, and market conditions.
